I’m Sir Aaron Mason — a neurodivergent Black man, leadership coach, and creator of the Cultural Effectiveness Training (CET) Model.

I coach leaders, teams, and organizations to grow through awareness and sensitivity by integrating my lived experience with systemic thinking.

I’ve spent my life navigating trauma, racialized experiences, and neurodivergence within systems never designed for people like me. That journey shapes how I teach, facilitate, and support others today. My work is rooted in the truth that healing and growth are relational, cultural, and structural — not just personal.

Grounded in my clinical background and years of experience serving diverse communities, I view neurodiversity through a historical trauma and social justice lens. Through the CET Model, I help people build bridges within themselves and across the systems they move through.
